Piper Juliet or Riley Juliet. Drew seems too masculine to me and to not flow well, and Nova seems to clash in styles with Juliet.
I think Juliet would make a great first name, Juliet Riley or Juliet Piper <3

Personally I would eliminate Drew from your list. Drew and Juliet have very similar sounds. The name Drew actually has a J sound at the beginning when you say it (I've even seen this name spelled Jru and pron. the same way) and therefore it sounds too repetitive with the middle name Juliet.
I think the other three names on your list are all very nice. However, Piper Juliet is by far my favorite.

Personally I like Riley Juliet best. To me, it seems like a nice classic name, with a modern twist. I love it. My second favourite is Piper Juliet, I've always loved the name Piper, and with Juliet it's a cute girls name. For me, I don't personally like Nova or Drew, but that's only my opinion, others might like them!
