So we're expecting baby #2 in a few months and we'be narrowed it down to 2 names.

Amelia
Jenna

Last name is Jamil (not that I would select a first name based on the last name).

Thanks in advance!

I think both names are great options, I can understand why it is a tough decision.  My vote would be for Jenna Jamil because I've recently become a fan of alliteration in names (I used to be strongly against). Jenna Jamil would be very memorable.  Good Luck!

I love Amelia. But I do know an Amelia that has always gone by Amy instead due to the Amelia Bedelia books which your little girl may love or hate.

I love both Amelia and Jenna, but Jenna Jamil flows better.  Amelia and Jamil sound too similar.

I really like Jenna Jamil. I think it flows better, though I do like Amelia as a name, as well. I understand that you aren't entirely basing your selection on the last name, I do think it matters when it makes it hard to say, especially for a child.
