Helen Claire--This one sounds very old fashioned. Do you like Helena? This makes it a bit more modern. I do love Claire as a middle though.
Kaia/Kaya Christine--this is cute. I think I prefer the spelling Kaia.
Carina Ruth--I love the name Carina, though I prefer it with a K (Karina). Ruth is a great middle. Overall, great name!
Jane Isla--this is cute. Jane does feel dated, but with your theme of names it fits well. I like Isla too.
Felicity Adair--I LOVE Felicity!!! Adair is an interesting choice to go with Felicity...I'm not sure it really goes.
Fiona Rose--This is cute!
Noelle Anjali--I like this one too. The middle name is unexpected, but I think it works with Noelle.
Poppy Evangeline--very cute! One of my favorites on your list :)

Jensen Taylor--Jenson makes a cool, uncommon first name, and I like it paired with Taylor. It is kind of surname-y, so would depend on your surname.
Zachary Paul--this one I classic. Very nice.
Thomas Anthony--I like this one too.
Lewis Kane--I love Lewis, not a fan on Kane, but the combo sounds fine.
Jack Nathaniel--this one is nice.
Elliot Morgan--I prefer Morgan on a girl and Elliot on a boy. That being said, both names are unisex. Putting Elliot with a more distinct boy name would be better.
Henry Vincent--LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! My fave of your boy combos :D
Oliver Todd--very nice! My second fave ;)
