I've been watching the first season of Pushing Daisies and was wondering what people would think of the name Olive. I know that Sasha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher named their daughter, Olive.

I'm on the fence with the name. I like the character and it fits her perfectly. (Plus, I love Kristen Chenoweth.) I don't think I would use it as a name, however. Opinions?

It's really classy. Livi is also a nice nn for it.

I kind of like it...It's different. I prefer it to Olivia but I like Oliver for a boy the best out of all the Oliv- names.

I think it might make a really cute middle name!

Haha. Pushing Daisies is what I thought of right away when I saw this topic!

I didn't used to like the name that much, but Olive Snook's character has warmed me up to the name. I like it more for a woman than a little girl, though

I personally think it's too cutesy to be a name and would be better as a nickname, either to Olivia or just a random nickname.

It isn't something I would use myself but I do like it in theory.

I always think of Ella Enchanted, the two stepsisters were Olive and Henrietta weren't they? Lol even if there wasnt an Olive it still makes me think of it for whatever reason :0 But it is kinda cute  I dont think I ould personally use it, but I dont mind it on other kids lol. Olive Cassandra or Olive Cassia/Cassidy all sound really nice I think
