I really want to know my baby girl Harlow and Jean is my Grandma's middle name so I would love to use it as her middle name as well. When you hear Harlow Jean do you automatically think of 1930's actor and sex symbol Jean Harlow?

In all honesty, I've never heard of Jean Harlow. But I think it's a wonderful combo! The flow is wonderful and both name styles balance each other out.

I automatically associate it with Jean Harlow, but I think a fair portion of my generation (millennial/gen y) and younger aren't going to think of that right away as Hell's Angels isn't all that popular anymore, despite it being a classic. And though she had other popular films, her career was really short because of her death (she was 27 or 28, right?). People these days seem to like modern and new cinema anyways. And, I think with Jean in the middle, people won't really it hear it very often.  And if they do hear it and mention Jean Harlow, I don't think many people have a bad association with her.

I think you're safe. :)

Lovely name choice.

I wouldn't have even thought of it until you mentioned. And I think Harlow is an adorable name.
