I'm loving these names at the moment! What do you think?

Eden Valerie
Alina Valerie
Elaina Valerie
Claire Valerie

Gavin Dante

Thanks in advance!! :)

Eden Valerie- Valerie Eden has a bit better flow but still nice. So a 7

Eden- Has a strong biblical feel. Cute on a baby, could work on an adult if a "common/tame" first name were used. So a 6

Valerie- A very old and slightly dated name, but still nice. So a 7
-------------------------------

Alina Valerie- Valerie Alina could also work together as a combo. So a 6

Alina- Seems like a simplified "kre8tive" version of Elena or Elaina. So a 5

Valerie- A very old and slightly dated name, but still nice. So a 7
--------------------------------

Elaina Valerie- Valerie Elaina would also work very well as a combo. So an 8

Elaina- The less common version of the classic Elaine, but nice. So a 7

Valerie- A very old and slightly dated name, but still nice. So a 7
--------------------------------

Claire Valerie- Valerie Claire has a bit better flow even though it reminds me of "Vanity Fair". So a 6

Claire- Very classical and sounds very nice (one of my favorites). So a 9

Valerie- A very old and slightly dated name, but still nice. So a 7
---------------------------------

Gavin Dante- A bit halting but the right surname could round it out. So a 7

Gavin- Seems more fitting on a child to me but not bad. So a 7

Dante- Though not traditional, one of my favorite names of all time. So a 9.
---------------------------------

Hope you liked my ratings! I try to be as honest as possible without being mean or rude. I mean no offence what so ever, as I know everyone has different styles and opinions.

Here are my thoughts:

Eden Valerie - Although both names aren't really my style, I have to say this is a really pretty combo! They compliment each other well. Neither name is particularly trendy and because of that the combo feels very timeless. Score: 7/10

Alina Valerie - I've never heard of Alina before, but I like it! It's very pretty. I'm particularly fond of unusual "A" names. Score: 7/10

Elaina Valerie - I like this combo a lot, although I strongly prefer the spelling Elena, but that's just my preference. I think I like Elaina Valerie the best of your girl combos. Score: 8/10

Claire Valerie - I like Claire a lot, but I don't like it so much paired with Valerie, sorry. Score: 5/10

Gavin Dante - I'm not a fan of this combo, sorry. It's just not my style, but objectively there's nothing really wrong with it. I think Gavin is a fun and modern name and needs a more classic middle name paired with it. Gavin Jonathan, Gavin Michael, Gavin Thomas, etc. Or if you are more fond of Dante I suggest something like Aiden Dante, Gabriel Dante, Xavier Dante, or Alexander Dante. Score: 7/10

Ummm.....not to be rude or anything but you did realize this was solely operated (rated) by Lauren (BabyNameRater) right? It wasn't a thread that anyone just commented their thoughts on for the previous post. This is basically her "job" as she calls it on her profile........ It wasn't really open for others to do ratings.

No, I didn't realize that, sorry. I wouldn't have commented if I had known. I suppose I should have read the first post, but I was just really excited to be on this forum because it's been awhile since I've been on...

I'm really sorry, Lauren. I hope I didn't make you mad or anything. I deleted my post and I'll delete this one soon if you like so no one really has to know.

I think I agree that Elaina is a bit better than Alina. Claire is my favorite name so far, yay! My FIL's name is Gavin so I'm used to it being an adult's name. Dante is a family name. Valerie is also a family name. What do you think of Valora?

Thanks again!! :)

Valora- Makes me think of the word Valore, a word associated with furniture most of the time. Sounds antique, but not bad. So a 6
