Story is set in the mid 1800's, Indian Territory (now Oklahoma), USA

Main character, Hattie, gets married at the age of 16, against her parents wishes. After a two day honeymoon period, reality sets in. The newlyweds find themselves living in a tent. Jasper works long hours in the fields of a neighboring farmer. Hattie befriends a young indian squaw who teaches her how to hunt and fish. Despite their long hours, the young couple can barely keep food on the table. Visions of a house are drifting away and thoughts of furniture are a distant luxury. Will Hattie and Jasper admit to their parents they need help? Will they dig their stubborn heels in and insist they are doing fine and can continue on their own? Will they accept the help of their parents when they must consider a third mouth to feed? Hattie's sister, Polly, is angry and bitter towards Hattie. She now has to pick up and complete Hattie's chores as well as her own. Will she find enough love in her heart to forgive Hattie?

May I recommend this link? It has a huge list of male and female names common during the time period you're writing in.
As for the Native Americans, maybe you could look up tribes in the area that your story takes place, and choose names based on a particular tribe? If you look at this picture, it shows a diagram of the main tribes of Oklahoma and where they existed. Maybe you could look them up and find names there?
