I would like to name my daughter Kessa Kate. Kessa means "cinnamon" (and her hair is reddish brown)- it also means "chubby at birth".
Does Kessa sound good with Stratton (my 2year old son)? Nn is Kessy.
Kate is after my BFF and the godmother of both my kids, so I wanted to honour her.
What are your thoughts on the name Kessa?

Kessa sounds a little made up to me and it's not realy my style. . Do you like Jessa? But if the names has meaning to you and YOU love it, that's what really matters. Not what I think. Kessy is cute though! Would you consider a longer K name and still use Kessy as a nn?
