We are expecting a second son, and we would like his name to pair well with our first son's name. But we are having great trouble with the middle name. Our first born's middle name is Caspian.

Our last name starts with a G and so does the first name that we have chosen for our second son. Both the first and last name have 3 syllables. I was hoping to find a middle name with two syllables or even one.

But when coming up with names that complement Caspian, this is our list so far:

Rilian

Drinian

Trilian

All these are nice, but they all have 3 syllables. Because these are liquid sounding, when I say all the names together, I don't really notice they are so long. But being an Creative Writing major, things like these concern me. C.S. Lewis was as fascinated with names as I have always been. If he were alive, I'd ask his opinion. Obviously, that's not an option.

As Caspian is also the name of a sea in reality, I tried looking up the names of all the seas and oceans in the world. They all have dreadful names or names that just don't suit anything other than naming a place on the map.

Please give me some feedback or additional suggested names.

Other than syllables and making sure it complements Caspian, the other thing I am trying to stick with is a rare name, but not bizarre. The name has to exist somewhere already. Common names will never do either. Thank you for your help.
