Since I'm not with Coleman anymore and I have no one else to try to please with my names, I've been re-doing my list.

And I have just added my first girl name to my new list.

Tell me what ya think. ;)

Chelsey Michelle

It is an honoring name. Chelsey is Coleman's little sister. She's 10 and I love her to death and I still do. :)

Michelle is my best friend/first cousin's middle name.

I just love this combination.

It's nice, but it has a rather dated feeling to it with Chelsey (of any spelling) being a very "90's" name. Michelle is a very old and classic name, rather popular between the 60's and 80's before becoming like Chelsea/Chelsey. Also not a huge fan of the repeating Ch- sounds, though not the exact same sound, it gives off a very repetitive vibe, the fact that both names have nearly identical lettering (heavy in Ch-'s, E-'s and L-'s) also gives off the same vibe.

No offence is meant at all, this is just my personal opinion :P

This.

I personally would pair either with a more vibrant name:

Honor Michelle and Chelsey Piper (As examples!)

Have to agree with PPs, it's not for me, but since it's an honoring name I really don't have the feeling for it that you do.

I actually like the name Chelsey (especially with this spelling) but I agree that a more distinctive middle name would make it seem less dated.

Agreed with the Girls. Maybe use both names on their own and pair them with more modern names to spice them up a bit. Would you like a list of suggestions? :)
