Here are the two new combos I'm trying out: Matthew Gabriel and Benjamin Dexter. I'm really liking the flow of Benjamin Dexter, and I like that it is a solid traditional name matched with something not so popular. It is going to be awhile before I actually have kids, so I don't care about the tv show Dexter or the effect it has on the name.
Matthew Gabriel... I think it either doesn't flow well, or is too biblical. I really love both names and I have a Gabriel Rhys and a Gabriel Dean on my list; I just haven't found a name that I truly love with Matthew. Matthew is my third favorite boy name, so I really need to find something. The combo that I had previously was Matthew Leon. I felt it matched well with my 2nd favorite combo, William Alec.
So, what do you think of my two new combos (Matthew Gabriel & Benjamin Dexter), and, if you are feeling charitable, what do you think of Matthew Leon, Gabriel Dean, and Gabriel Rhys?

I don't really love the name Dexter. But i have always liked Benjamin.
It does have a good flow.
I like both the names Matthew and Gabriel but not together.
it does seem too biblical. But I love Gabriel Rhys and
I do like Matthew Leon it flows well and I love the name

Thanks! I love Benjamin Rhys, but I like Dexter more. I guess I'm just weird but I think Dexter is an awesome middle name. My boys list is finally coming together a bit.

Oh yeah, Dexter's Labratory right? Was that on the regular channels? I never had cable or dish so I just got basic. I remember hearing about it but never watching it.
I think Dexter is a really cute name too. I would love to use it as a first name because the nn Dex is just... lovely. I just don't think I'm brave enough to make my kid endure taunts like "poindexter." Boys aren't as strong as girls.))
