I have a one boy Isaiah and we're expecting a baby girl now. I'm really loving the name Genesis (could be called Genny) but is it too out there?

I don't think so.  Genesis has been rising in popularity.  It was given to over 4000 baby girls in 2014.  The nickname Genny makes it very wearable.

I don't like Genesis for a baby. Every time I heard that name I think about the movie Terminator Genisys, and I don't like it. Jennifer and Jena are better options.

I'm not crazy about it myself, but I don't think it's too out there. And like Katie said, the nickname Genny makes it even more wearable.
