Hi my husband and I are trying to have a baby and we are picking out names ahead of time. We already have a boy named Austin, a boy named Levi and a girl named makenna, if we have another boy we will name him Brantley Jackson, my problem is we can't decide between Gemma Mackenzie or Thea Mackenzie, please help us.

Gemma and Thea are both great IMO. At this point I think what matters is how they sound with your last name.

I think both Gemma & Thea are lovely names.  I think Gemma seems to fit in more with your other kids names style-wise but it also rhymes and sounds very similar to McKenna which could present some issues.  You would be able to distinguish the name Thea a bit better but then it also stands out as being very different style-wise.  Are you open to more suggestions?

Both great names but I've always personally loved Gemma <3
