Tenley Lyric Yesseni (14) is the older sister of Farah, cousin of Nahla. Unlike her sister, she was planned, and when she was little her mom was stay at home mom, then when Tenley started kindergarten, her mother began working. She isn't into classical music like her parents would like her to be, but she plays guitar and writes her own songs. She dreams of being a country singer. She gets along well with her cousin Nahla, and they often talk of what they're life would be like if they were both famous singers like they want to be.

Craig Eugene "Geno" Erlinger, Jr. {9} is the next door neighbor of Tenley and Farah. He's known to bully the neighborhood kids, especially Farah. He calls her "the cello geek" and shoves her around. Despite his age, he even torments Tenley, stealing her homework or her lunch money and filling her backpack with dirt and rocks.

Monica Rose Erlinger [31] is the mother of Geno. Monica was in medical school when she got married and had Geno. For Geno's whole life, Monica has been busy with school and work, and has never had a lot of time for Geno. She works as a pediatric surgeon at the local hospital, ans is known for her kind and motherly bedside manner with her young patients. Geno acts out because he feels that his mom loves the "sick kids" more than him. Because Monica is so busy, she has no idea that Geno is acting out this way.

 Ellen Matisse "Ella" Burke {27} is one of Monica's nurses. She handles a lot of the post-op care, and the kids love her. She is often found making faces at the kids or singing them songs. She's the type of person that would make a fool out of herself just to get a smile out of one of her patients. Ella is happily married to a husband of four years. Together, they have one biological child that is just a baby, and they have adopted two kids that were biological siblings. One of the children she adopted was her patient, and their sibling stayed in the hospital room. They didn't have parents and therefore no one to make medical decisions for them. She grew to have a strong relationship with both children, and her and her husband decided to adopt them.

Dimitri Leo [5] & Heidi Delilah [3] Burke are the siblings that were adopted by Ella and her husband. Heidi was born with a heart condition which makes her hear skip beats often, and their is poor blood circulation which makes Heidi fatigued, have rapid breathing, and have cyagnosis which is the bluish tint to the skin and fingernails. Her brother has been there all of the time and has taken a lot of responsibility for a little boy. He loves learning and racecars. Everyday after school he has been in the hospital by his sister.

Emma Rhea Burke (6 months) is the biological daughter of Ellen and her husband, adopted sister of Dimitri and Heidi. She is a cheerful baby and doesn't cry much. She loves to be held and she loves people; she isn't shy around strangers at all. She loves grabbing things like necklaces or hair.She is very curious and is always looking around to see what's going on.

Helen Rosalie Stafford {6 mo} is a sweet little girl in the hospital daycare that Emma Burke goes to. Both of her parents work at the hospital, her mother an ICU nurse and her father a pediatric doctor that works alongside Ella Burke and Monica Erlinger. Helen is a very serious baby, she doesn't smile much and is very quiet. She is awake often, but rarely cries.

Jonas Archer Stafford [2] is the oldest brother/ sibling of Helen. He loves the idea of being a big brother, and is in love with his baby sister. He enjoys scouting for bugs in the backyard and helping his mom with chores around the house.

Rebecca Marion Strafford [30] is the mother of Jonas and Helen. She works as an ICU nurse at a local hospital, but she is considering quitting her job to spend more time with her children. Her husband is a pediatric doctor, and he makes enough money to support the family. Rebecca thinks she may want to have more children in the future, since she loves being a mother. She and her husband are obviously going to wait a while before trying again, since Helen is only 6 months old.

Jason Christopher Stafford (32) is Rebecca's husband and the father of Jonas and Helen. Jason is a pediatric doctor and loves his job. Jason lost his younger sister, Helen, to cancer when she was seven and he was thirteen. He blamed himself for her death and vowed that when he grew up, he was going to save someone like his sister. So far, he has made good on this promise and is very successful. He loves Rebecca and his children so much and hates to be away from them all the time even though helping sick kids makes him happy. When Helen was born, Rebecca was dead set on naming her Rosalie, but Jason eventually swayed her into naming their daughter Helen. So far, she is just like the sister that he loved and lost, and though he knows it isn't right to compare his daughter to his sister for her whole life, he so enjoys doing it now.

Jared Clayton Renwick {32} is the older brother of Rebecca Stafford, brother-in-law to Jason. He's a great uncle to Jonas and Helen. He is a loving husband to a beautiful wife and a father of two darling kids. He and his immediate family live in Juneau, Alaska, so they do not see the Stafford's often.

Posey Aurora Jane Renwick {3} is his daughter, the eldest of his two children. She is very quiet and curious, she loves to go on walks with her parents and explore. She loves the family's dog, Eddy (Edgar).

Eliana Scarlett Mae Renwick {7 mo} is his youngest daughter. She loves to laugh and smile, you can often find her cracking herself up.

Aeryn Briseida Kauffman [21] is the niece of Jared Renwick, via his oldest sister. She currently studying in Boise State University, in Idaho. She is in her junior year in the university and is studying criminal justice as her major and psychology as her minor. She plans to work in the FBI when she is older. She is  the second youngest of her family with three older brothers and a younger sister.  Growing up with older brothers she became a down to earth girl, and loves hiking. She loves sciences, especially forensic. She is dating someone, but it is a long distance and hard to keep since they are so far apart. but the snapchat, and video chat all the time.

Aaron Isaac Beaumont (25) is Aeryn Kauffman's boyfriend. The two often joke that they were definitely meant to be together because their parents gave them the same name! Aaron is in the police academy and is about to graduate. He is an excellent cop and grew up with many siblings whom he profiled over and over again through their lives, so he has a lot of expertise in that area. He wants to work in the FBI, like Aeryn, as a profiler. The head of his class at the academy and the head of that particular division of the Federal Bureau are conversing about early recruitment for Aaron when he gets older.

Cleo Martha Beaumont {9} is the youngest sibling of Aaron. She is very popular at school, but she doesn't get much attention at home with so many older siblings. She keeps asking her mom to go into modeling like some other girls at school have, but her mom keeps saying that modeling is not going to get her anywhere, and that they don't have time for it anyways.

Kira Natalie Beaumont (15) is the older sister of Cleo and younger sister of Aaron. She is very close to her older brother and looks up to his girlfriend a lot. Criminology interests her as much as it did Aaron at her age. She thinks Cleo's desire to be a model is pretentious and far-fetched, though she does admit that Cleo is really pretty. Kira is quite popular but she'll always be known as the queen bee's little sister. Kira recently shed her glasses for contacts because of teasing, mostly from her cheerleader older sister.

Hanna Gwenyth Beaumont [17] is the cheer leading captain of the varsity cheer squad. she is the older sister of Cleo, and Kira, and younger sister of Aaron. She is very popular and is currently dating a football player. She enjoys cheer and dance a lot. Her wardrobe consists of crop tops, shorts, skirts that reflect her long tanned legs, and her jewelry. She has glasses but never wears them.

Duke Jamal Quince {21} is a guy that Hanna accidentally got caught up with. She didn't know who he was, but they hooked up before she started dating her current boyfriend. Now, he's always showing up in places that she goes, watching her cheer and dance competitions. He's part of a gang and is active in a drug ring.

Kai Leila Quince (15) is Duke's little sister. Duke is very protective of her. Kai hates the life that her brother has made for himself and tried to keep him away from Hanna. He has many objects of affection. He picks a girl and follows them around for a while. Kai is a tough, serious girl who grew up rough and knows how to fight. She wants a normal life, one that doesn't involve running with gangs and guns and motorcycles. She recently met a guy from Hanna's high school who really likes her and she likes him, though there is one problem...he's Hanna's boyfriend.

Jaxon Anthony Peters [17] is Hanna's boyfriend, and secretly is crushing hard on Kai Leila Quince. She is barely a freshmen but acts a whole lot more mature. He really likes her but doesn't know how to break up with the hottest chick at school, Hanna, to get with the sweetest girl with no status, Kai. He is in a sticky situation and just hopes not to hurt Kai's feelings, because deeply inside he is a bit afraid of her older brother. He is the youngest in his family.
