Hello. I am pregant with a little girl and will be due late October. I want to go with something magical and Wisteria is perfect! But so is Wistaria! haha. If you aren't already familiar, wisteria is a beautiful flowering vine with an equally enchanting aroma. Historians argue that Wistaria is actually the correct pronunciation considering that the plant was named after Caspar Wistar. Wisteria is pronounced wis-steer-ree-ah, Wistaria wis-star-ree-ah. I love both pronunciations and the possible nicknames that come with them (wish, star, starry, wisty, astria). My middle name combinations are Wisteria Opal or Pearl, and Wistaria Isobell. Which pronunciation would you go with?

I personally prefer Wisteria. I think it looks nicer and for me it's a little more appealing.

Wisteria Pearl is absolutely beautiful, if not a little too cutesy. Wisteria Isobel would be my first choice if it was spelled this way.
But at the end of the day, go with whatever you love!

I heard of a Wisteria going by the nickname Erie. So that could also be an option! There is an abundance of wonderful nicknames though!

If using Wistaria, you could also use Aria or Ari.

Wisteria Pearl is gorgeous! I also like Yas' suggestion of Wisteria Isobel.

Thanks everyone! I am leaning more towards Wisteria.
What are everyone's thoughts on these three name combinations?

Wisteria Ezmeralda Pearl
Wisteria Opal Ezmirelda
Wisteria Isobel Pearl

Any other three name suggestions that integrate either Pearl, Opal, Isobel, or Ezmerelda?

I'm loving Wisteria Isobel Pearl, it's so sophisticated and elegant yet I can easily picture it on a cute chubby baby, or a rambunctious toddler. My second choice would be Wisteria Ezmerelda Pearl. You can't go wrong with any of your choices though, they're all lovely.

I must confess I have a love affair going on between all of these names.
I am very curious as to who you all see when you think of a Wisteria, an Ezmerelda, a Rapunzel, and a Clementine? What kind of personality? Imagine sisters

Hi Wish, just to let you know I've merged both of your topics into one. Hopefully it will be easier to keep track of the replies and everything this way.

I personally love your combination Wisteria Isobel Pearl.

Whimsical, elegant and absolutely gorgeous.

Clementine is also a name that I adore. Rapunzel is a little too 'fairy tale' and out there for me. And though Ezmerelda (Or Esmeralda) is nice, it's not my style.

Wisteria Isobel and Clementine Pearl would make a beautiful sibset though in my honest opinion.

Beautiful.

I like Wisteria I think. If I saw Wistaria, I'd just want to say Wisteria.

Paper Hart, I am a little sad you consolidated, as no one is going to be prone to give me feedback on the topic if it's further down in this thread, but thank you for answering none the less.
honestly I am not as Iinterested in Clementine or Rapunzel (which is a flower name btw) as much as I am Wisteria and Ezmeralda. If I were to have another daughter she would be an Esmeralda (of whatever spelling) hands down! But there's no guarantee of any of that so I feel tempted to involve the name with this one.
I'm lovin on Wisteria Isobel Pearl. What does everyone think of
Wisteria Isobel Ezmeralda? or Wisteria Ezmeralda Isobel? too much?

It sounds like Wisteria Opal is exactly what you need then! Best of luck!

Hey everyone! I'm back and wondering what everyone thinks about Wisteria Isobel Sage H** (Last name starts with H) so her Iinitials and her nickname would be Wish. Does Sage flow with the other two?

I would shorten the middles.  I would go with Wisteria Ivy Sage H***  but Isobel Sage also works.
