Long, long ago I read this book that my cousin recommended to me. I only remembered a little about it and I spent at least 20 minutes trying to find it online. I tried to go by the character name which I though was Delaney. After searching, I found nothing. Then, I remeberes it had a v in it. So, I tried Devanee. No luck. Finally, knowng 'time' was in the title, I found it. Prisoner of Time by Caroline B. Cooney. The character's name was Devonny.
So, in my search, I found three names: Delaney, Devanee and Devonny. WDYT of these?

Devonny is pretty...Devanee seems a bit made up and also has Vainy in it so it doesn't sound very appealing...Delaney is okay but not one I've ever been fond of.

I prefer Delaney above all of these. I think Devonny is cuter than Devanee, but neither are my cup of tea

I have the bias of my niece Delaney, and I so love it!
Devanee does sound kinda made up
Devony, I've heard as a name before. I met a little girl in Girl Scouts named Devony, but I didnt care for it much

I have a cousin who named her little boy Delaney, I have also heard it as a girl name. I like it either way. I'm not sure on Devanee, but I like Devonny.
