Ah-ree-uh or Air-ee-uh or something else?
And where do you put the emphasis?
AH-ree-uh, ah-REE-uh, ah-ree-UH?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

My name is actually Aria and it is pronounced Are-ee-uh. Every musician, which this name is actually a musical term first and foremost, prounounces it this way as well. And I grew up around a crap ton of musicians (my dad is a concert pianist). Haha
I don't really think this name had multiple pronounciations although people will come up with every name under the sun in an attempt to pronounce this name right
It's not a super common name (at least not my generstion) and most people when I introduce myself know what an aria is (just no idea how to spell it) so I'd try and keep the pronounciation pretty standard only because its a term first, name second.
Anyway, just food for thought and some of my experiences. It truly is a great name and I love it! I constantly get comments about how beautiful my name is. just a shame it's getting so trendy! ;(

I prn it AH-ree-uh. (First heard it watching PLL and just do it the way they have)
Though after watching "Game of Thrones", I've learnt that some prn. it "ARE-ya".
But it might just be the accent.
