I love Annie. I think I would prefer just Annie rather than Annie-Mae. However, how about:
Annie-Mae Priscilla
Annie-Mae Jemima
Annie-Mae Felicity
Annie-Mae Olivia
Annie-Mae Katherine
Annie-Mae Louisa
Annie-Mae Sophia

As for middle names, I like Annie-Mae Caroline, Annie-Mae Sarah, Annie-Mae Cadence and Annie-Mae Katherine from the ones previously suggested.
Here's a few ideas though.
Annie-Mae Florence
Annie-Mae Harriet
Annie-Mae Victoria
Annie-Mae Patience
Annie-Mae Therese
Annie-Mae Vivian
Annie-Mae Clara
Annie-Mae Georgia
Annie-Mae Josephine
Annie-Mae Charlotte
Annie-Mae Laurel
Annie-Mae Jacqueline
Annie-Mae Scarlett
Annie-Mae Gwendolen
Annie-Mae Bridget
It sounds pretty "southern" to me, but then again, I suppose I classify myself as British, so what do I know!
Though I'm admitting to being pretty obsessed with most things "Southern".
I personally love some of these:
{I think prefer most of these without the hyphen, however!}
Mary-Grace//Mary-Kate//Mary-Anne//Mary-Jane//Mary-Alice
Marie-Claire
Ella-Rose//Ella-June//Ella-May
Sadie-Ann
Anna-Gail//Anna-Beth//Anna-Claire//Anna-Belle//Anna-Kate//Anna-Ruth//Anna-Pearl//Anna-Sofia
Clara-Jane
Emma-Kate//Emma-Claire
Laurie-Ann
Hattie-Mae
Addie-Lynn
Gracie-Ann//Gracie-Jane//Gracie-Louise
Katie-Ann
Julie-Anne
Maggie-Kate
Rose-Anne
Lydia-Joan
Edie-Pearl
Sarah-Beth
Lily-Ann//Lily-Ruth
Ruby-Jean
Molly-Ann
Norah-Jean
Willa-Mae
OR you could just shorten a longer name to a shorter double-barreled first name:
{Again, prefer without the hyphen}
Sarah Elisabeth - Sarah-Beth
Anna Margaret - Annie-Mae
Emma Katherine - Emma-Kate
Mary Anneliese - Mary-Anne
Norah Jeanette - Norah-Jean
Anna Elizabeth - Anna-Beth
Evelyn Maeve - Evie-Mae
Grace Katherine - Gracie-Kate
Sarah Louise - Sarah-Lou
Virginia Rose - Ginny-Rose
Emma Leanne - Emma-Lee
Veronica Leigh - Vera-Leigh
Caroline Anne - Carly-Anne
Kathleen Grace - Kathy-Grace
Margaret Claire - Maggie-Claire
Elisabeth Fay - Lisa-Fay
Rosalind Mary - Rose-Mary
Alexandra May - Allie-May
Anna Katherine - Anna-Kate
Juliet Arianne - Julie-Anne
Cora Elizabeth - Cora-Beth
Georgiana Katherine - Georgie-Kate
Louisa Anne - Lou-Anne
Mary Josephine - Mary-Jo
A lot of these go great with Ann, May, Kate, Claire, Jane, Lynn, Grace, Rose, Beth, Fay, Jean and Leigh.
But Joan, Belle, Paige, Kay, Lou/Louise and Sue/Susannah would work very well too if you wanted something REALLY Southern sounding.
