Name: C. Miller
Location: Mammoth Lakes, CA

Hi! We are expecting our 3rd kiddo to join our quirky outdoorsy & fun family this next January.  Our 10 year old boy is called Sage Benton. Our 8 year old girl is called Brooke Catherine. We need ideas for our new boy - we'd love an offbeat nature name but they are taken by friends - no River please.

I really love the name Sage-what a great older brother name! That's a lot of good ideas above- I especially second Forrest/Forest, Jasper, and Crispin.

A couple more tree names:

Cedar

Spruce

Alder

Cypress/Cyprus

Hawthorne

More nature names:

Briar

Garnet

Mica

Canyon

Jay

Heron

Other ideas:

Arlo - means Barberry tree in Spanish

Oren - pine tree

Walker - a personal favorite, think taking wanders through nature!

Westley - another favorite, has West in it, and I think the sibset Sage, Brooke, and Westley is cute!
