Thought this might be fun... What is the WORST name of someone that you know? How do you know them and how old are they? Let's make a list!

Twins Ida and Ima Ho
Aryan Justyce (+ last name)
Metallica (for a girl, big battle over this one in Sweden, the gov't attempted to police the naming of the baby, don't know who won)
Moxy Crimefighter Gillette (last name sp?) This is the name of the daughter of Penn Gillette (sp) of Penn & Teller fame

Of course, Demi's kids: Scout, Rumer, and Tallulah
And Sarah Palin's kids: Trig, Track, Bristol (and the 4th is ok: Piper)

My husband's cousin just named her baby boy "Dodge"
Dh's sis named her boy Henning and calls him Huck

I went to college with twins (these aren't so bad) Stephen and Don King
I teach with Kaye Dunnaway and Debbie Reynolds, I USED to be Hayley Mills (thus Pollyanna as a screenname)

Me too! Imagine having to say those names every day for a school year with respect so that the child has some dignity...and ensuring that other kids don't bully them.....sometimes its really awful.

There's another list here that is strictly names chosen by celebs for their kids. Some of them are horrific....

My grandma's name is Enriqueta. I love her to death but none of my kids would ever be her namesake even for a middle name.

In first grade, I remember a classmate named Sparkeysha. I always wonder if they called her Sparky. A WalMart cashier's name was Shanteniqua, pronounced SHAN tay NEE qwa. Where did the find a name tag long enough for her name?

I know a Shampagne (possibly Shampayne, I'm not sure), a Vanatie (like Vanity), and an Yzeaj (like Isaiah.)
