Name: Mary
Location: Illinois

My husband and I are expecting twins--a boy and a girl-- near Halloween; and we still don't have any good names picked out! We want some holiday-esque names, and we were thinking of naming them Jack and Sally from the Nightmare Before Christmas movie. What are the Genie's thoughts on this?

I think Sally & Jack are great names. My sister is named Sara but called Sally. Maybe you could give them the first names Sara and Jackson for a more subtle illusion to the Nightmare Before Christmas.

More holloween-esq names that I like...

Casper
Wendy
Raven (boy or girl)
Winifred "Wynn or Winnie" (Bette Midler's character on Hocus Pocus)
Max (Hocus Pocus)
Willow (Buffy)
Xander (Buffy)
Salem
Eve (for old Hallow's Eve)
Autumn
