I don't like it for a girl. The nickname Ellie does make it more usable though. :-)

Elliott is all boy to me. I do, however, love the nickname Ellie, so cute!

I like the spelling Elliot best, but the name overall has always been a boy name to me. Ellis and Ellison are similar but seem more usable for girls imo.

I agree with some of the above posters that it is all boy to me, but my choices was Eliott

Neither spelling makes it "more girl" to me personally, but Elliot is my favorite spelling generally. Sorry, I just can't see it as a girls name myself!

Elliott is my favorite spelling but you don't have it listed, I like it for a boy more but I can see it on a girl. If you really want to spell it "girly" then maybe Elliotte?
