My best friend's brother and his wife are expecting a baby girl. They need her first name to begin with E. They already have Emma Valerie. The mom's name is Ellen. They want something girly and different enough from the other names (eg. not Emily, Emerson, or Eleanor).

I have already suggested Estella, Evangeline, Eloise, Elodie, and Esther. Eloise is the front runner at the moment, but Ellen changes her mind a lot :).

They are honoring a Jennifer for the middle name, no question about it. It's probably either going to be Jenna or just Jennifer.

They are just not loving anything completely at the moment and would love more ideas on E girl names.

With sister Emma I'd go with Eloise, and I think Eloise Jenna sounds better because the amount of syllables is different. They have three lovely options though, so good luck to them!
