Mackynzie Renée Duggar is in for an avalanche of family attention: She's not only the first grandchild in the reality TV clan, but she already has 17 aunts and uncles, plus one more on the way, since her grandparents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are expecting their 19th child in the spring.

The newest Duggar's name came from a combination Josh's cousin's name (Mackynzie) and Anna's middle name (Renée), but the couple hasn't completely committed to "M" being the letter to begin all their children's names. The Duggars famously have chosen "J" names for all their children

I'm not a fan of any 'Mck' names, I think they're very masculine and harsh. Mackynzie isn't for me.

I love Renée though!

That's exactly what I was thinking.
The creative spelling of Mackenzie doesn't help either, but Renee is lovely.

I agree with everyone. Makenzie is okay...not really one for the McK names either but Makynzie is just too much for my taste. Renee is gorgeous and the name does flow.

AND, I of course love thinking of baby names even though that is a VERY far in the future thing for me because I'm still young!

I think both Mackynzie and Renée are quite trendy and NMS.

It isn't a name I would pick, but I like that they honored family members.

Mackynzie? Really? Mackenzie would have been nicer though it is not my style either. Renee is okay... dated but I prefer it to Mackynzie/Mackenzie.
