I'm a big lover of Ch- and Sh- names. So far my favorites are: Charlotte Charlene Chantal Sinead -Pronounced Sha-nade. Shayla Sherry Shelby Shirley So my question is, what do you think of these names? And, do you have other suggestions? -------------------- Hakuna Matata |

The only ones I particularly like are Charlotte, Chantel, & Sinead. I'm really not a big Sh-/Ch- person.

Sinead is my favorite from your list. I also like Charlotte and I'm beginning to like Shelby more because of a girl I know with the name.
Other suggestions: If you like Sinead, you might like: Siobhan (SHIH-von) Shana Shannon Sheila Shirley -------------------- All the colors of the rainbow All of voices of the wind Every dream that reaches out That reaches out to find where love begins Every word of every story Every star in every sky Every corner of creation lives to testify For as long as I shall live I will testify to love |

Siobhan (SHIH-von) is really spelled hansomely (is that a word?) but not a fan of the prn. I also used to love Sheila, but totally not a fan of the meaning "blind", so I changed it for Shayla. I love Charlotte but the others are all not my style at all. They just feel dated to me. Sh/Ch names were big in the 70's ie. Cheryl, Sheila etc. they feel very outmoded and are generally very unattractive to me.

My faves from your list are Chantal, though I prefer it spelt Chantelle and Shirley (I love Shirley).
I also really like: Sharon Shona (pron. like Show-na) Shauna Sheila Sian (pron. like Sharn) Sheena I also like Michelle nicknamed Chelle/Shell. -------------------- A baby will make love stronger, days shorter, nights longer, bank balance smaller, home happier, clothes dirty, the past forgotten, and the future worth living for.
