I agree 100% with Anna.

In my opinion,

Eh-LEEN-ah is Elina. (or, if you wanted, Elyna. But I'm not a fan)
Ah-LEEN-ah is Alina

ELENA = I know it's pronounced Ell-EH-Nah, but in Italy we use a different stress. It's always been ELL-eh-nah to me, but both pronunciations are great for me.

I know someone named Alaina pron. (ah LAY nah). I like the spelling Elena but it might be pron. (ELLE en ah).

I think Alena would be your best choice for the pron. (ah LEEN ah)

I want to spell my daughters name Aleina
And pronounce it A-lee-nah. Some people pronounce it as A-lay-nah. I figured because of the E it would be pronounced A-lee-nah. Am I pronouncing it and spelling it wrong?? Please help
