No, I don't want to use it as a first name, too much room for teasing. I've been thinking about pairing it with some of my favorite names as a middle name, but I want to see what people think of it. I get the feeling it is a real love/hate name, no middle ground. I would prefer it on a girl.

For example (I don't want thoughts on the combos, they are random): Victoria Ainsley, Willow Ainsley, Coraline Ainsley, Kiara Ainsley

So do you love it, hate it, etc?

Also, do you think I could pull of a first name ending in 'a' with Ainsley as the mn because the two A's have different sounds? Or do they run together?

I think Ainsley is rather pretty!

And yes, I think you could pull off a FN ending with A. I love your combos, too. Kiara Ainsley is my favorite, and Victoria Ainsley is nice too.

Anyways, here are a few suggestions:

Rebecca Ainsley
Gemma Ainsley
Katherine Ainsley
Fiona Ainsley
Julia Ainsely
Margaret Ainsley
Samantha Ainsley
Sarah Ainsley
