That's a tough one. The only names coming to mind are Kellan and Killian

I guess a boy could be Caedyn or Caldyn, though I see the first one more on a girl. Kellan and Killian are cute too :P

Mike-Jordan. A name combination kind of like Mary-Jo or Sarah-Beth. It is hard to combine Michael and Jordyn otherwise into an appealing name!

You could take the middles of each name and make Chord or Chordy

What about the name Calden? (if the spelling of the combo is important, then Chaeldyn).
