Graham everyone would know how to pronounce. The other way I would not know how to pronounce it and do not like it. You don’t want to make the name to confusing.

Graham is traditional spelling. I like it better than Graeme.

Traditional? I suppose that would depend on what tradition.
But I agree that Graham would be the most easily understood version. If you have no other reason to name your son Graeme (scottish family etc) then perhaps Graham is the way to go.
