Mischa is a nn for Mikhail -- it would be like naming your kids Robert and Bobby.

They are all good. I’m not sure how Nasya is pronounced. Would Nadia be an option?

I think you should go with Nokolai and Noel or Novelle

I like Alexei and Anja. If their friends decided to give them NN, Alex and Ann(ie) would be nice, too.
