haha! i was named Elise, which i to this day despise of, so ive been going strictly by Ellie or Elle since i was able to talk and tell people the it was ELLIE not ELISE! i love Ellie as a name!

i would say Ellie is a best bet, but what i find about nicknames is that you cant choose them; your child will. so when Eliana grows, she will decide if she likes Ellie or Ella or Lia. i would say its up to Eliana! i wish you the best!
