thanks, Jessie! but Mariella Nelle just sound too close. because Mariella ends in "Ella" and Nelle ends in "Elle", they sound too much alike.

Mariella Nellie just doesn’t have the greatest flow, and it’s still matchy to me.... thinking.... thinking.... well, why did you choose the names that you did? special meaning? maybe that will help?!

well, Mariella was my close friend who died of an eating disorder in high school, and i wanted to honor her. Nellie is my yoga teacher, and has been since i was 15. our families are quite close.

well, another name i love and has meaning is Flora, which doesnt flow either. maybe Jil, since its my middle name.

How about just Mariella Flor/Fleur? That flows nicely, imo.

What about Mariella Jillian? Or maybe your mom’s name/middle name or a variant of the baby’s dad’s name/middle name? What is your maiden name? Lots of women use their maiden as kids’ middles.

aw I’m so sorry! I do love Mariella. It’s pretty. I just think Nellie takes away a bit of the beauty. They are great names seperate, but together it just doesn’t work for me. If you like it and it has such special meaning, then use it! =)
