if you want the ah in there try either ah, or au.

aulivien, or ahlivien. you could also do a y for more feminine.
aulivyen, ahlyvien..ect.

poster 1 and 4. it looks nothing like alien

i went to skool with a girl whose name was alien and her parents pronounced it ah-leen.

this is not even close
