i don’t really like it sorry, and i’ve never heard of a town called Abilene, but if you love it go for it, i agree it’s better than Nevaeh

I actually think its beautiful! Its really cute and unique but yet still easy to say. I dont think its "out there" at all. I really like the nn Abby too but it seems like Abigail is getting super popular so thats a great alternative! I think you should definitely go for it :)

My name is Abby, and sometimes my mom would call me Abilene just to joke with me, but I would not like my name to actually be this.

I think it’s cute. BTW, Abilene is a city in Texas, for that poster who had never heard of it.
