I don’t think Adelyn is too popular. I agree with the above comment ... Madelyn is very overused. I think Adelyn is beautiful! I would go with it. GL!

It’s not popular where I live. But go to ssa.gov and topbabynames.com to see how popular it is where you live. I think it’s pretty and sounds unique to me. I’ve never heard of an Adelyn. I’ve heard Madeline, Madelyn, & Addison, which are similar. But they aren’t as pretty!

I love Adelyn, and it is definitely NOT too popular (at least in the US).

Madelyn (in all its spellings) is pretty popular. If you personally want to distance yourself from the "Adelyn" sound, you may want to consider Adeline, or Aderyn.

All are lovely. :)
