Greer is too wierd (to me, anyway).
I like the suggestion of Kerrington; I would also suggest Kerrith or Devon.

I have liked Carmody (car-muh-dee) since I heard it as the name of a town in a movie.
Another idea is Kerrigan, don’t know the origins of that one other than it is a surname. GL!!
