It depends...

If you want the RYE-lin pronunciation I would say spell it Raelyn.

If you want the Ray-lin pronunciation, then spell it Raylin.

I think it depend on whether you want it to be

ray LYNN (in this case spell Raelyn)
or
RAY len (in this case spell Raylin)

I don’t know where pp is getting rye?
