Mikiya Marie vs. Mykaia Marie vs. Mckiya Marie

I’m not really sure about any of the spellings. i think I’d use one of these. but still spell the nn Miki

I like the suggestions of Mikaia and Makiya. How would yo spell "Mickey" for Makiya?

I would just spell it Miki, even though thats not how the beginning of the name is. I think that it makes the most sense. Or maybe Myki?
