Sister Trouble vs. Need New vs. Girl names

Okay, I picked out the name Shalyn (sha sorta like as in Shannon) Jeanine and my sister picked out Shaelyn shay-lin Arianna. She told me she won’t change the name when I told her about shalyn’s name first. My sister and I normally get along but I was hurt when she told me this. What other names do you suggest?

I don’t like Jeanine as a first name. I like Shelby Jeanine or Sara Jeanine...both of those are way prettier than Shaelyn! ;)

What about using Cheyenne? That’s a beautiful name and it would make it look more different than your sisters name choice. Cheyenne Elise would be great!
I also just thought of Sydney if you like S names.

what about Shayla its close to Shalyn are i know someone named each, and there’s enough difference there in the endings that it won’t matter.

I say use Shalyn if you have your daughter 1st which ever is born 1st gets the name, and if you have a girl 1st and she has one second i highly doubt she’s gonna name her daughter the same therefore she’ll have to change it.

I think Shelby would be cute! Otherwise, Jeanine Rose is nice too. If your baby is born first, name her Shalyn.

okay, unless shaelyn is born first, my daughter will be Shalyn Jeanine. If shaelyn is born first, she will be jeanine rose nn Nina
