Elle could just be Elle or could be short for Isabelle, Anabelle, etc.

Eli I like best as short for Elijah but I like Elliott best out of your choices!

Good luck and the names are too cute!
IMO Ellie and Eli are too close. They might get confused. I’d pick one of the other two choices!

I also think Ellie and Eli are too close. My favorite is Elliot and Evangeleine/Evangeline.
