I LOVE the name Isabel and prefer it spelled this way as opposed to Isabelle or Isobel. I like Isabel Catherine and Madeleine but with Elizabeth they don’t sound right because they both have the same ’iz’ sound. I know a little girl called Isabel Frances and think that is adorable. I also like Caroline.

Isabel is definitely the best spelling - all of those mns are beautiful. I would choose whichever goes best with your last name.

i love the name Isabel, especially with this spelling, Isabel and Elizabeth mean the same thing, so it would be silly to name her that, i like Isabel Madeleine best, Isabel Magdalene would also be nice, i like Isabel Catherine too though.

I love the name! I like it spelled Isabelle better, but pretty either way! I don’t think you want to name her Isabel Elizabeth, because Isabel is the Spanish word for Elizabeth I think, so that would be redundant. I like how Isabel Catherine sounds, it flows a lot better than Madeliene and it is just beautiful. :)

^To add to my above comment. I looked it up and Isabel is the Spanish translation of Elizabeth. Isabella is the Italian translations, Isabelle is the French translation, and Izabela is the Polish translation for Elizabeth. Hope that helps!
