carmen vs. wdyt?

What do you think of the name Carmen for a girl? What is your impression of the name? I think it is beautiful and it means SONG and GARDEN; ORCHARD. Please comment and let me know what you think! Our first daughter is Rowan, which means LITTLE RED ONE and RED BERRY TREE. So, they both have earthy meanings and coincidentally are unisex names as well. What do you think?

I actually like it. A lot. I think Carmen and Rowan sound quite nicely together. GL.

I agree, Carmen and Rowan sound great. Also, Carmen hasn’t been overused lately either, so she won’t have two or three in her class.

Carmen is the name of my childhood best friend and she is a WONDERFUL person, therefore i LOVE the name Carmen and i think your daughter would be lucky to have it!

my best friend’s name is carmen and it fits her very well
