Honestly, no. People would automatically assume her name is Elizabeth nn Lizzie. Also, Lizzie alone would not age well and doesn’t sound as beautiful and elegant as Elizabeth. Just my opinion.

I do think it could be a name on its own afterall i do know several people who are named Liz, not Elizabeth same as Lyn and not Lynda or Lynette.
