None, personally. I’d use Eliza, or maybe Liza, Liz, or Lizzie, or Beth? Eliza is my favorite, though!

Ella would be my first choice. Lizzie would be my second. Eliza is the only one I like from you choices.

My niece’s name is Elizabeth and we call her Elsa :) Skip Liz or Lizzie, they’re harsh and unattractive.
