I think that it is a good choice, suitable for all ages. It also makes a change for all the Rose’s and Rosalie’s out there! Lilliana is also lovely

It’s not too bad. It sounds a bit off. Rosalyn or Rosalind would be better, but I understand why it’s spelled that way, so it’s understandable to want to honor those people.

i posted earlier, i dont think you should change it! I love Rosalina, in my opinion its better than Rosalyn or Rosalind or any other alternatives..i say stick with Rosalina.
