I think Amelia or Sophia go best with Noah; either Amelia Rose or Sophia Rose would be lovely.

Connor, Noah and Megan because both Connor and Noah have an n in the name and i think the girl should to to carry on the sound and feeling right.

Lara Rose has a similar feel to Noah James-- short, starts with a consonant, ends in an A sound.
Amelia and Sophia are also pretty but they are common and with the common mn of Rose there will be many of them around. Lara Rose is more unique.

Love either Amelia Rose. Also like Sophia Rose. Lara Rose is really pretty too though and less common than the others.
