Cute name! I would spell it Joanie, that way people aren’t likely to pronounce it Johnny!

is its suppose to be pronouced jon - e or joan - e?

I’ve heard of girls being named Jonnie pronounce johnny.... if so i like it this way Jonnie. If pronouce joan, you should spell it joanie.

As a formal name, I like Joni. As a nn, I like Joanie
