Ideas Please! vs. Needing a name soon!

I am needing ideas desperately. My grandma was just diagnosed with breast cancer today and I am due to have another daughter any day now. I had a name picked out that wasn’t a family name by any sense because my other kids don’t have family names but with the recent diagnosis I really want a family name. The first names that we liked are: Lillian, Sophia, Kamryn and Elizabeth. My grandma’s name is Ruth Ilene. My husband’s grandma passed away from cancer and he was also wanting her name to be used to but I don’t know how to use both names. Her name was Maxine Elaine. Any ideas??

Elizabeth Maxine Ruth flows wonderfully. I know many people with 2 mn’s and it has never posed a problem for them.

Maxine also makes a lovely fn, so it would be nice to just have Maxine Ruth.

Maelene is pretty (May-lee-n.) It’s a combo of Maxine and Ilene.

Elizabeth Maelene nickname Lily (yes, Lily is a nickname for Elizabeth & I thought you may like it since Lillian in on your list) is very cute.

Kaitlyn Marie and Christopher Michael, I am sure everyone will recognize my posts now. We were set on Lillian, Sophia, Elizabeth or Kamryn Maci. But now I feel like a family name is only fitting.

One option I had thought about was using the name Delaney as a way to use a namesake for my husband’s g’ma.

So Delaney Ilene?
