William Mason vs. Mason William vs. William Bryce
I love the name William but I am angry with whom ever made up the nickname ’bill or billy’ for William !! I Hate the name Bill or Billy and am so afraid that people will start calling my son by these nicknames!! aaah!

I love the name William and I wouldn’t worry about the Billy/Bill thing, I’ve noticed that boys with that name today tend to go by Will or Liam, bit nns thast I love. William Mason sounds great to me. GL!

I don’t think that the Bill and Billy are as used today. I would either call a William Will or Liam for short. I LOVE it too. And it is so handsom with Mason. Mason William or or William Bryce would be best to avoid the Ms running together in WilliaM Mason. Good Luck!

I love the name William. The nn Will & Liam are both awesome . Start when your son is young & when he is in school age he will know what names he likes & if parents & siblings don’t call him Bill or Billy he will say thats not my name (@ least thats what my son told people , & the adults thought it was cute when he corrected them )

I love the name William Mason so cute I haven’t heard William’s called Bill or Billy in forever I think Willy while he is little and Will when he is older. Nicknames come from the home 1st. Whatever nickname you give him is the one he’ll carry till he gets old enough to choose his own. GL
