I do think Isla Marie flows just a little better since both names don’t end in a.But Isla Maria is still pretty.

Isla Maria is beautiful. On its own, though, it doesn’t flow very well, but it could flow perfectly depending on the last name. Still, gorgeous name. =) Good luck!

I highly prefer Isla Maria over Isla Marie.

To avoid both names ending in "a," maybe Eilee Maria or Isla Mary.
